This 16 cm (6½ inch) sieve is made of stainless steel, with a fine-woven, sturdy mesh. This means it’s strong enough for everyday baking, it won’t rust, and it’s really easy to clean.

At 16 cm (6½ inches) in diameter, this is the second smallest of KitchenCraft’s stainless steel sieves. It’s a good size for sifting small quantities, or for working in smaller bowls. Use it to dust icing sugar for decoration, too.
