The back of the placement diary includes spaces for a glossary, for you to note any new language and termininlogy terminology you come across on placement so that you have this to hand when you need it. There is also space to note down the details of other professionals you will be working with, and some notes pages.
The diary is notebook sized at 6in x 9in to make it lightweight and portable.
